Visa Procedure:
Send the following documents , minimum 15 days prior to the date of departure
1. Passport Valid for a minimum of 6 months from the traveler's date of departure from India.
2. Four recent Passport Size photographs as specified below:
Clicked with a camera against a white background on Matt or Semi-Matt paper
Photograph size to be 35mm width x 45 mm height without border. The full face of the applicant should be visible in the photograph without any headgear. Photographs with headgear would be accepted only if the applicant habitually wears aheadgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features.
The facial image should be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown.
Gloss finish or scanned/digital photos will not be accepted
Completed Malaysia Visa Form signed by the Applicant.
